Meet the Team.

Martin Cork is a founding member and general manager of Provent Property Group Pty Ltd. Mr. Cork is also a licensed builder No. 62295S who has had overall management responsibility for the design, construction and development of the Provent projects since it commenced trading in 1996. Martin has 30 years’ experience in the property industry starting in the construction of houses and moving to multi-unit residential, industrial and commercial developments and remains a licensed builder. Since 1997 has overall management responsibility for the design, construction and development of some significant projects. Martin has extensive experience, in-depth local knowledge and a wide network of contacts in development and finance.

Since 1981 James has had Thirty five years’ experience in the Australian property industry, including project and design management and property development in New South Wales. James is an experienced construction project, program and operations management professional, with extensive first-hand knowledge of the building and construction industry. James has worked on a number of high-profile public and private projects, in the hospitality, commercial, residential, health, education and resource sectors. Provent engages delivery advice and project superintendent roles.

Shona graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, specialising in project management. Shona has worked in a range of project roles, including contract administration, project management, development management, client representative and marketing. Shona has worked in association with Martin Cork for 5 years and with Provent Group since 2016 as a consulting Development Manager. She delivers development management services to a range of mixed use and residential projects from acquisition, feasibility and concept design through to tender and construction.
