Martin Cork

Martin Cork is a Director of Provent Property Group Pty Ltd and has been working in the property construction and development industry for forty years. Martin has extensive experience in property development and investment with a large range of successfully completed projects in New South Wales and Victoria where he has been an initiator of and responsible for all aspects of the procurement and delivery process from feasibility analysis, acquisition and contract negotiation, development and project management, structuring project finance and dispute resolution. Martin is a licensed builder and since 1997 has also been providing advisory and dealing services with respect to managed investment schemes where those schemes have been invested in property and development projects.
James Fyfe
Bachelor of Architecture
James has a Bachelor of Architecture. James has had forty-five years’ experience in the Australian property industry and since 1984 has operated exclusively in property development, investment, and development/project management across the eastern seaboard from Tasmania, Victoria, New South Wales to Queensland. Since 1986 James has been the principal and senior executive of three property-based companies in the property development, property investment, project management and property finance sectors. James has extensive first-hand knowledge of finance, design, construction, contract administration and dispute resolution within the property industry and throughout his career has worked on residential, resort/hotel, commercial, industrial, retail property development and investment.
Tim Laing-Peach
Senior Project Manager
Tim graduated with Honours from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. Tim spent the early part of his career working seven years as a Structural Design Engineer, before shifting direction into the property and construction sector. Tim has since become well versed in the design development, tender, delivery and management of private development projects over the last seventeen years. He has gained detailed experience across a wide variety of projects differing in size and type including land subdivision and civil infrastructure, local council and RMS managed roads, high-end luxury residential, multi-storey residential, and remedial work. His roles have included design management for approvals (CDC, DA, EIS, CC and their amendments), tender and appointment of head contractors, client representation, head contract administration and superintendency, project management for occupation certificates, subdivision certificates and property title creation, and project management of Land & Environment Court proceedings.
