Provent Build Pty Ltd is the in-house construction arm of Provent Property Group, re-established in 2025 to deliver greater control, efficiency, and quality in an increasingly volatile construction landscape. With roots in residential property development since 1996, Provent has successfully built and managed a diverse portfolio of projects through its licensed entities. Historically, we’ve constructed many developments in-house while occasionally partnering with third-party builders under the oversight of our experienced project management team or external experts.
In response to post-COVID challenges—including rampant cost increases, inflation, and supply chain uncertainties—Provent Build represents our strategic pivot to fully in-house construction delivery. This approach allows us to manage costs effectively, maintain stringent control over timelines and quality, and ensure the high standard finishes that Provent projects are renowned for. Licensed and led by industry veterans, Provent Build is committed to cost-effective, efficient execution without compromising on craftsmanship or innovation with third-party builders under the oversight of our experienced project management team or in some cases, external experts.
Leadership
At the helm of Provent Build is Managing Director Martin Cork, a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in the construction and property industry. Beginning his career as a carpenter in the mid-1980s, Martin became a licensed builder in 2001 and has since guided Provent Property Group to deliver exceptional results across Sydney, NSW, and Victoria. His hands-on expertise drives our in-house model, ensuring every project benefits from proactive cost management, risk mitigation, and premium outcomes.
