Description: A development of 15 apartments consisting of 2 and 3 bedrooms with ground floor courtyards and lofted spaces in the upper levels, built over a basement car park and serviced with a lift. The site is located on the western side of the highway and is north facing, with many of the apartments having filtered views of both Narrabeen beach and lake. The project was completed in 2003 and all lots were sold for prices exceeding the price list.
