Description: A selection of 8 luxury residential townhouses in a security complex and courtyard garden setting with basement car parking. This project was developed as part of Pittwater council’s new medium density Multi Unit Housing (MHI) policy introduced in 1998. The development was the first of its kind approved by the council and set a benchmark in quality and design for other developments to follow. The development continues to be highly regarded and has remained prominent amongst the plethora of townhouse developments subsequently built. Provent was able to set new price records for the area with this development and although the properties have been tightly held the few sales that have occurred in The Pines continue to achieve strong prices.
