The development is a mixed-use project consisting of 49 luxury residential apartments and 6 retail strata lots. The property is in the busy Maroubra Junction retail strip on Anzac Parade. Construction tendering was completed in late 2016 and construction commenced in April 2017. Works ran in accordance with the project budget and program.
